UK Wholesale FAQ
Do you provide TPS and CTPS filtering? +
Yes. We offer real-time pre-dial filtering against TPS (consumer) and CTPS (corporate) registries, with daily list refresh. Filtering can be activated per trunk or per campaign. See our OFCOM Compliance page for details.
What CLI is acceptable on UK outbound calls? +
CLI must be a valid, allocated UK or international number that can be called back, in accordance with General Condition C6. We block non-allocated, premium-rate and DNO numbers at the SBC.
How quickly can I be live on UK routes? +
Once KYC is complete, most UK customers are provisioned within 48 hours. UK routes typically require a slightly more detailed campaign declaration than U.S. routes due to OFCOM expectations around persistent misuse.
Do you support UK number porting? +
Yes, through our licensed UK carrier partners. We support both port-in and port-out with a valid Letter of Authority. Porting timelines depend on the losing carrier and OFCOM rules.
What about persistent misuse exposure? +
We monitor abandoned-call rates and other persistent-misuse indicators per OFCOM guidance. Customers exceeding the 3% abandoned-call threshold are alerted and may be throttled or suspended pending review.
Are emergency calls (999/112) supported? +
Where the Service is reasonably capable of reaching the emergency network, 999 and 112 calls are routed to the appropriate Public Emergency Call Service via our UK carrier partners.
