The FCC mandates STIR/SHAKEN call authentication for IP-originated voice traffic in the United States. Calls that aren't attested are increasingly down-rated, labeled as "Spam Likely", or blocked altogether by carriers and analytics services.
DialSync signs every eligible outbound U.S. call with the appropriate attestation level β and where we are the originating carrier with a verified customer and number, that's A-level.
- A-level on traffic from verified customer numbers
- B/C levels handled correctly for indirect or gateway traffic
- RMD-listed for downstream eligibility checks
- Documentation provided on request for your audits
