1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains how you may cancel a DialSync Solutions service and the obligations that apply on cancellation. Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund of fees already paid — see our Return & Refund Policy.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel a Service, you must send a written cancellation request that includes:
- Your account name and account number.
- The Service or Service Order you wish to cancel.
- The requested cancellation effective date.
- The signature or electronic confirmation of an authorised representative on your account.
Send cancellation requests to support@dialsyncsolutions.com. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
3. Notice Period
Unless your Service Order specifies otherwise:
- Month-to-month services: 30 days' written notice.
- Fixed-term services: early termination is permitted only with payment of any early-termination charges set out in your Service Order, typically equal to the remaining monthly recurring charges for the unexpired term.
- Pay-as-you-go wholesale termination (no commitment): may be cancelled at any time. Any unused prepayment is governed by the Return & Refund Policy.
4. Cancellation by DialSync
DialSync may cancel or suspend your Service immediately, without refund, in the following circumstances:
- Material breach of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Originating illegal robocalls or other unlawful traffic.
- Failure to pay invoices when due, after a reasonable opportunity to cure.
- Misrepresentation during onboarding or KYC.
- Requirement of regulatory or law-enforcement authority.
5. Effect of Cancellation
On cancellation:
- You remain liable for all charges accrued up to the cancellation effective date, including usage, MRC, and any applicable early-termination charges.
- Service ports, DIDs, and capacity will be released back to DialSync or returned to their owners.
- You must remove any DialSync-provided credentials and stop using the Services.
- Your data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy and applicable legal retention requirements.
6. Porting Out
If you wish to port telephone numbers away from DialSync, please initiate the port with your new carrier and provide a Letter of Authority. We will cooperate with reasonable port-out requests in accordance with applicable rules and our Service Order. We may decline porting out where your account is delinquent or under investigation for misuse.
